Experience
Mr. Marchini has been an associate attorney with Mason,
Robbins, Browning and Godwin since 2009. He has a
broad range of practice representing clients in business
formation and governance, employment and real property
issues in both the litigation and transactional arenas.
In addition, Rick provides support to the firm’s
public entity representation and water rights practice
areas.
Education
Rick graduated from the University of California,
Davis, where he received a Bachelor of Science in
Agricultural and Managerial Economics. He received
his J.D. from the Golden Gate University School of
Law in 2006.
Mr.
Marchini is admitted to practice before all California
state courts as well as the United States District
Court for Southern District of California. He is a
member of the California State Bar and the Merced
County Bar Association.
Personal
Rick was raised in Merced, California and enjoys playing
guitar, golfing and cooking in his spare time.
